Yes, terrible reference to a genre I am not gently entering: that of Music. Not to toot my own horn, because I stopped playing the Saxophone quite some time ago and my brother was the Trumpet player, but it's thought by some that I'm quite good at music. Like, playing it. Live. And given the popularity of some other stuff I've made virtually, I seem to know what sounds good as well.
Outside of the tech world, I play Bass and have done so for many, many years, both in a solo and band setting. More than a few times. I also play Guitar, and have done so for about three years as of this posting. I've not had as much life experience with it as I've had with the Bass, but I'm quite alright with it. I've also sung, but it's nothing to write home about.
When it comes to virtual music, I've made use of a thing called Soundtrap to make some nice sounding and surprisingly popular music that I will find a way to put so you can listen here, though I'll also supply link to Soundtrap because it is quite the worthwhile, free, program to look into if you're interested in music production. Not trying to advertise, but that's my opinion.
My plan is to post items that prove technical skill or imaginative ability, of which I should have some of both. In fun news, I got some guitar recording equipment for Christmas, so I'll certainly be using that to try and make something I can proudly declare is mine.
Just ignore all the scrapped data that I found to be terrible and tossed...
Head up top of the page to the Music tab and you can find a bunch of stuff that makes the air vibrate quite nicely.
